WHEN DOES IT SHIP?

We pack and ship the goods from Monday to Friday.
You will be informed of the shipment via email. The email also includes a tracking code that you can use to track your shipment.

The shipping cost determination is only available to you if you have something in your shopping cart.

Processing Time: Before shipping your order, normally we need 1-2 business days to prepare your products. The processing time is separate from the 2-5 business days depending on stock availability.

During this difficult time, the factories and warehouse is being operated under additional guidelines to ensure the safety of both the workers and the products.
So the processing time will be longer than before. we need an extra 1-3 business days to prepare your orders, do strict quality-control tests, thorough disinfection, and carefully packed.

Shipping time: Generally, for Standard Shipping, it will take 1-7 business days for your orders to reach you, some distance area might take even longer.
